Printing technologies and their advantages
Offset printing is a traditional printing method, which involves using special plates. Its main advantage is the ability to achieve very high quality for high volumes. Digital printing enables immediate printing of data from a computer file. It is very handy in the case of small volumes, when traditional methods are not profitable. Plotter printing allows working on large formats and different substrates, which is key in such industries as advertising and promotion. This technique allows to, e.g., print out advertising banners, posters or educational boards.
